Roasted Baby Potatoes
HOT! HOT! HOT!
With the rising temp here, it’s hard to get myself motivated to stay in kitchen for the whole day, experimenting recipes n clicks!!!I manage to make dahiwada or delhi chaat or something similar that doesn’t make me stand next to direct heat for longer in super-scorching climate…
But can’t make it more than twice a month, so I keep it reserved for hotter than the hottest days! Even I don’t like skipping my ‘Everyday Cooking’ routine! But making a bowl of soup, baking bread, tossing some cold salad or quickly pan-roasting or grilling veggies eliminate a need to be in kitchen for more than an hour :)
My regular readers must have known by now that I’ve a mysterious affair with potatoes! And if it comes in form of babies, I always use them up on the same day or next at most. A few days back (when temp went high), I roasted these little beauties, dazzled up with spices n herbs! This is a keeper recipe for sure…
This time, it’s in form of a digital doodling… 10-12 Baby Potatoes, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tsp Dried Herbs, 1/2 tsp Chilly Flakes, Salt to taste :) Here you go with the recipe!!!
Wow. So good. I can eat it all too.
Thanks for sharing.
