Beetroot Dip

I was missing beetroot in my kitchen for a long time! On my last visit to market, I got a few… And used them in many different way :) But I loved ‘Beetroot Dip’ the most! I’m sure I won’t find a girl who wouldn’t love to eat this lovely-pink condiment! You can use it as a spread for your wrap-roll-toast or enjoy dipping in any warm/hot appetizer :)

Well, it worked great for me as a dip… I served it along with some carrot-cucumber sticks and quarter-cut radish, along with tortilla chips :)
