Mocha ~ The Coolest Drink Ever!!!

I was hearing that faltu-song ‘Tera pyaar pyaar pyaar, hukka-bar’ from Khiladi 786! Ewww.. I didn’t want to, but it was on MTv’s playlist :P That’s the worst lyrics of the year for sure…

But coming to the point now… Around a decade back, there was a cafe in the city where I lived since I was a month old! Name of that cafe was ‘Mocha’ (I used “was” because that’s closed since long). Basically it was a hukka-bar and so I recalled that place! I know, there’s absolutely silly, but expect that from me :P I never had been there even when it was running well… But I always heard from friends that they were serving the best choco flavored drinks!!!

I’m not much of a chocolate fan (other than in cakes), so I usually avoid it… But one such drink that I never refused to sip on all these years is ‘Mocha’ :) Had so many chit-chats over a glass with my little cousins (who are no more to be called little ones) Those night-outs make me miss them more whenever I get a glass of Mocha in my hand :( Hope to see you all soon and relive those memories with chilled Mocha :)

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Milk
1 scoop Vanilla Icecream
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp Instant Coffee
Full Cream (or whipped if you prefer)

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1. Take all these ingredients in a mixture jar.
2. Grind them to make a thick shake.
3. Garnish with full cream and serve hot!

SJ’s NOTE:

• You can sprinkle choco flakes before serving.
• Also, a scoop of vanilla can be added on top!!!
