Pudina Pani for Panipuri
It was around 8 pm n hubby was busy watching some ‘Food Technicals’ on TV! Even I do watch them with high interest… But he found me disinterested that night. And he wondered why so…
Later when he asked me, I confessed that I was busy eating my panipuris! I enjoy it only when there’s no delay in making n eating :P Yes… I annoy a roadside stall wala bhaiya as well if he’s delaying for some reason! And then hubby was laughing like anything… But when he tasted this ‘Pudina Paani’, he too turned off television and joined me… :P
Here is how I make it!!!
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups Water
2-3 tbsp Mint Paste
2 tsp Cumin Powder, roasted
2 tsp Black Salt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt, if required
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
- Take all the ingredients in a big bowl.
- Mix everything well and add salt only if required.
- Keep in refrigerator for 20-30 mins.
- Garnish with Boondi and serve chilled with panipuri!
