Purple Cabbage-Mint Salad & A product review

A few weeks back, I received a hamper from Red Kellys Tasmania and it had 3 eye-catching salad dressing bottles :) You all know how I love my salads… and this hamper was to add some extra zing to it!
First one I tried is ‘Smooth Traditional‘ salad dressing which is absolutely rich in smell n flavor both. Ohhh yes, it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans both! This is what I created 1st using this bottle…. ;)

INGREDIENTS:

Purple Cabbage, thinly sliced
Carrots, thinly sliced
A few Mint leaves, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
Generous drizzles of Red Kellys Tasmania ‘Smooth Traditional’ dressing

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

  1. Take all 3 ingredients in a salad bowl and mix well after adding salt (optional).
  2. Drizzle salad dressing and toss it quickly.
  3. Serve it fresh!!!

SJ’s NOTE:

You can add some nuts for extra crunch too :)
