Rosemary toasted Almonds
A notepad, my cute girly pen and some resolutions for the coming year!!! I used to love this as a kid (no matter if I follow the rules, policies or resolutions set) but haven’t done it since years now… And don’t know why but I feel like being a kid again… Want to get myself lost in those silly activities! Feel like making some promises to myself, setting strong mindset, developing more skills to grow my business, bringing back my reading capabilities, enjoying short/long trips around and much more… :)
In last couple of years, I tried out all different dishes, few with super-success flag and a few disasters.. Most of those I blogged about and a few left behind… But I know, this one is the longest gap I took in blogging!!! And I commit myself to be regular again on this space! One of the goals that I have set for coming year 2015 is… Eating healthier food :) I’m sure to try stepping out of routine n try out new things… i.e. a bowl of soup-salad for dinner (which we do once in a blue moon though), using home-grown fresh herbs, eating more eggs (‘coz we love that), feeding lovely buddies, gifting home-baked goodies, making perfect round dosa (huhhhh I’m tired of trying), no-skip breakfast/brunch everyday, light lunch and yes… most importantly, munching nuts :P
Here I’m with something you would love munching anytime… Ever since we moved to this new place, I wanted to use rosemary from backyard and finally I did!!!
