Fruit Trifle

I absolutely love my sweet buddy – Pari and her space! She recently baked & frosted a cake for her son’s birthday party… And a few days later, she posted a lovely looking fruit trifle that I found easy, quick and the best way to use the cake crumbs :) I had been buzy with baking activities for entire week and also had so much crumbs to be used up soon. Read her recipe and thought to give it a try… Well, I didn’t have to put so much effort into it as I already had whipped chocolate ganache & cream both ready! Got some mixed berries too and there you go… :)

Also, the main reason behind posting this today is to wish a lovely couple on their anniversary!!! It’s my brother-in-law & bhabhi’s 2nd wedding anniversary :) So, wish them a very happy anniversary and just like I say always, don’t worry a lot.. We’ll have it on your behalf :)
