All-in-One Salad

“A bowl of salad keeps a doctor away” :P Modified version of the saying… No matter how much I control on oil & plain flour, I have to have these bowls at least 4-5 times a day… And possibly everyday!!! I was too tired to make separate salad bowls with all ingredients I had that night. And so I thought of throwing in everything at once :P But believe me, it was yummm!!!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Mixed Beans, pressure-cooked
1 Tomato, chopped
1/2 Cucumber, chopped
3-4 Red Radish, sliced
1 cup Bean Shoots
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
A fistful of Coriander leaves
1 tsp Green Chutney
Salt, to taste

Toss everything in a salad bowl and serve chilled!
