Hara-Bhara Kebab

It’s never possible that you haven’t had a plate of ‘Hara Bhara Kebab’ ordered in any of the restaurants, if you’re a foodie!!! I probably had it for the 1st time when I was in school… It’s one of the most popular vegetarian appetizers, which is easy-to-make, healthy and delicious. ‘Hara Bhara’ itself means full of greens… And you can easily judge the ingredients from the color and name both :) It contains my favorite spinach, green peas and of course mashed potatoes with some fresh herbs like coriander & mint :)

A treat for healthy food-seekers! A treat for ‘go-green’ followers! A treat for lovers of lip-smacking food! A treat for kids too! :) Even while working on these pics, I was drooling, I recently had it though :P Honestly, you must try this one in case if you haven’t yet…
