Lemon ‘n’ Chilly Corn

Bring this flavor with a quick, informal recipe!!!

– Rub a cube of butter on steamed corn…

– Mix a pinch of salt, 1/8 tsp of chilly powder and 2 tsp of lemon juice. Apply it using a pastry brush!

– Smoked paprika can be used to replace chilly powder! I preferred chilly powder as I wanted it to gimme a beautiful feeling of eating it roadside in India during monsoon :)
– Serve with a lemon wedge to add extra tangy flavor!
