Sweet Pickled Peppers
Long time since I cooked something with fellow-blogger’s recipe!!! And yes… today I’m here with a pickling post! How I loved this quick and super-easy pickle… A lovely buddy, Sonal of SimplyVegetarian777 posted this one recently and it was stuck in my mind. As I can’t handle spiced stuff at all, I preferred using sweet chilly peppers instead of hot green chillies :D
But I must say, this was one of the best pickles I had! Yes, I’m a bit allergic to vinegar if used in high quantity so subsituted half quantity with lemon juice :) But no no… I won’t post the recipe here!!! Go through Sonal’s space and read over there…
Awwwwww Shruti! Thanks so much honey! I used Thai bird chillies and burnt my mouth. Next time would use the sweet Gujarati ones. Thanks again darling!
