Potato Masala Sandwich
We love dosas… And specially, simple masala dosa with chutney only! But my prob is… I always make that masala in excess amount :P How do you use leftover dosa masala??!!! Well, I prefer to make some masala dosa on the next day too in case if I have batter ready! It wasn’t the case last time so I made some stunning Dosa Pockets and we absolutely loved that with chai in the evening…
But this time, we were quite hungry and I didn’t want to spend much time making shortcrust pastry and baking them! :( I came up with a quick solution… “Potato Masala Sandwich” :) Absolutely delicious, filling & yes, wonderful chai-time snack!!! Here you go with the recipe…
3/4 cup Dosa Stuffing
4 Bread Slices
Butter, as a spread
2 tbsp Coriander-Mint Chutney
Tomato Ketchup, to serve
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
- Apply butter on 2 bread slices and spread coriander-mint chutney on other 2.
- Put generous amount of stuffing on green breads and spread it evenly.
- Cover it with the buttered slice and apply butter lightly on top as well.
- Grill them in traditional sandwich maker and serve with ketchup!
