As I said before, I don’t much do with salads on routine day! There are hardly a few days when I want to try some dressing and toss my salad bowl! Dinner was ‘Dum Aloo’ with Paratha and wasn’t willing to highlight my salad on dinner plate :P Bad excuse, I know… But this was a lovely one!
3-4 Radish (Red-ones)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Chat Masala
Salt, to taste
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
- Peel the cucumber and cut into medium-thick slices.
- Wash and cut radish in thin slices.
- Transfer them to a bowl and add lemon juice, chat masala and salt in it.
- Toss quickly and serve chilled!
