I’m not much fond of Mexican food, as I said many a times before! But it is one the cuisines that comes to rescue on any of my kitchen disasters… Of course, in form of a take-away only :P
Nachos… Tacos… Never impresses my picky taste-buds! Enchiladas, Burritos, Quesadillas work at times… I guess, I have been saying it in almost every post that’s related to mexican stuff! I was in dilemma to pick Italian or Mexican dish for dinner a few days back. And I came up with a funny solution… Fusion, again :)
Wanted to bake pizza, with a healthy touch… Healthy in the sense of pizza base, loaded with cheese though :P Preferred baking a whole wheat thin crust bases from scratch! And then took mexican elements in for toppings…
WHAT ALL I USED?
- Slices of Avocados
- Sour Cream
- Refried Beans
- Home-made Pizza Sauce
- Mix of Mozzarella n Cheddar Cheese
… with ‘Taco Seasoning‘ on top!!! That’s it… :)
I want some pizza right about now!
Come over! We’ll have it together… I’ll make some Indian delicacies too :)
